Beginning with the meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 18, the Stillwater Central School District will post all Board of Education meeting agendas and minutes on a platform called BoardDocs. The Board of Education unanimously approved the new software at its meeting on Sept. 18. BoardDocs is designed exclusively for the needs of county governments, municipalities and school districts.

A link to BoardDocs can be found on the district website Board of Education page and a link to the agenda will continue to be sent out via email prior to each meeting. View the agenda for the Tuesday, Dec. 18 meeting.

Once on the Stillwater BoardDocs homepage, you can access the agendas and minutes in the top right corner.

The process of using BoardDocs saves time, making the process of putting together the board agenda and minutes even less time consuming. BoardDocs also allows board members to attend meetings paper-free, as they will now be using Chromebooks to access agendas and other related documents prior to and during meetings. Stillwater Central School District is just one of many school districts in the area to use this service.
