Senior Picnic/BBQ

The Senior Picnic/BBQ will take place on Friday, June 14 at Brown’s Beach from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., rain or shine. Seniors should plan on attending school at the normal 7:30 a.m. start time. Bus transportation will be provided for those who need it to attend the picnic/BBQ.

Wednesday, June 19

Baccalaureate Service

A Baccalaureate Service will take place on Wednesday, June 19 at 6 p.m. at All Saints On The Hudson; 895 Hudson Avenue; Stillwater, NY. This is a traditional, non-mandatory, non-denominational service. Parents and family members are strongly encouraged to attend this service. A reception will follow the service.

Thursday, June 20

Graduation Rehearsal/ Elementary Walk Through

Graduation rehearsal will take place on Thursday, June 20 at 11 a.m. in the High School Auditorium. Attendance is mandatory. Caps and gowns will be distributed to students at the rehearsal only. We will not transport caps and gowns to the City Center on Saturday. Following rehearsal, students will do a  walk through at the elementary school with caps/gowns.

BOCES CTE Graduation

Students who attend a BOCES CTE program at the Myers Center will take part in a graduation ceremony on Thursday, June 20 at 7 p.m. at the Saratoga City Center. CTE students will receive their caps and gowns with all other students following our Stillwater graduation rehearsal on Thursday morning.

Saturday, June 22

Class of 2019 Graduation

The Class of 2019 Graduation will take place on Saturday, June 22 at 3 p.m. at the Saratoga Springs City Center. Tickets are not necessary. Seating is not limited. There will be no admittance into the auditorium before 2 p.m.

2 p.m. – Graduates will assemble in the conference room of the City Center
3 p.m. – Graduation exercises will begin

Appropriate attire is required. Examples would include dress pants/skirt and an appropriate shirt/blouse or a dress.
