March 7, 2014 – Four Stillwater High School students — Cameron D'Aloia, Taylor Moore, Mike Nelson and Curtis Shea — put their science skills to the test March 1 when they participated in the Regional Qualifier of the Chemistry Olympiad at the Albany College of Pharmacy.

Every year, the top chemistry students in the Capital Region take a rigorous exam in order to advance to the Chemistry Olympiad National Qualifier. The eight top test scorers advance.

Stillwater is proud to announce that Curtis Shea and Cameron D'Aloia were among the top eight to advance to the Chemistry Olympiad National Qualifier on April 26! Curtis earned the added distinction of scoring the highest on the exam.

Congratulations to all four students!
